Where will my therapy session be held at?

Currently, we are renting a therapy room at a convenient and central location in Singapore (near Dhoby Ghaut/Fort Canning/

Clarke Quay). Exact address will be given to you upon confirming your therapy session.

What can I expect during my first therapy session?

It is absolutely normal to feel anxious during your first therapy session. Typically, the first session would be an intake session. The purpose of an intake session is to gather information to understand your background, goals for therapy, and to build a therapeutic relationship with you, before focusing on suitable interventions in the subsequent sessions.

How many sessions do I need to attend?

It varies for every individual. It is not possible to predict the number of sessions you need to attend. You can discuss with your therapist the frequency of sessions that fits your goals and needs. The number of sessions required vary due to evolving goals and needs during the process of therapy as well.
